The breakfast was large and marvellous with hot food and all the food was amazing! The location was unbeatable and magnificent and I could use free parking on-site. The pool was lovely and I had hot drinks in the outdoor bar.

Travelled with my pet, spent 2 nights here and had a really nice stay. The staff was extremely friendly and decent all the time. Loved the way my twin room with big bathroom was. The location was excellent and beautiful and close to a valley and a lake. The services were good, including large and amazing breakfasts and free parking if needed...

The view from our room was just amazing, I tell ya. Wakin' up every mornin' to them mountains and that beautiful lake was pure magic. The breakfast spread had somethin' different each day, and the coffee was good enough to warm your soul! Just wish the room coulda been warmer at night, but the coziness made up for it.

The hotel was comfortable with excellent staff members and an outdoor bar. Location close enough to mountains and resort, and the lake with astounding view especially during sunset. Also, very near Obertraun train station.

dirty room

The staff at reception were utterly clueless, giving us wrong information about parking prices. Can we talk about the downright filthy room? The bathroom had an dreadful odor, which thankfully was only slightly masked by the fresh linens. I almost considered leaving a glowing review but just couldn't, given how basic everything was.

Charming lake views, cozy stay

The amazing mountain views combined with easy access to winter sports. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast buffet was a good start to our days.

The cleaning standards left something to be desired, as we noticed some areas needed more attention. The lack of a quick guide on additional charges felt a little misleading.
